A Tunisian man who had resided in the area in Lawful Status was in danger of being denied Naturalization based on out dated court information. The case was really a non-case, involving an alleged domestic dispute in one county and the man lived in another. The charges were dismissed but the man never got notice that he needed to appear as it was sent to a previous address. A warrant was lodged and his application for citizenship over a decade latter was in jeopardy. The man Hired Mr. Lynch to sort the mishap out and he is now, after several years of turmoil, a United States Citizen.
