Jury Frees Man After 10 Months
Man spends 10 months in Jail for a sex crimes he did not commit. A Watsontown man, arrested for allegedly molesting a young boy, was acquitted under the representation of Michael J. Rudinski of the law firm of Rudinski Orso and Associates . The 50-year-old was charged with Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors, but a jury found that the facts as presented by attorney Michael Rudinski insufficient to justify such a claim. The man was accused of sexually touching a 9-year-old boy in July of 2011 at a Watsontown residence. The jury was out for 20 minutes and brought back a unanimous decision – not guilty on all counts.
